Following AERO Friedrichshafen, we are already looking forward to our next public appearance: 1comet will be present at the Delta Club Stans Air Festival on 23 and 24 May 2026.

The event takes place in the context of the Swiss and German Hang Gliding Championships, which will be held from Friday, 22 May to Monday, 25 May 2026. As part of this aviation weekend, 1comet is scheduled to be demonstrated in flight on Saturday and Sunday, offering visitors a unique opportunity to experience our ultralight aircraft not only up close, but also in the air.

The anniversary event will take place at Schützenhaus Hostetten, Kantonsstrasse 9, 6370 Oberdorf NW. The festival site is located directly next to the competitors’ landing area, giving visitors a particularly close and authentic view of the action. This also offers the perfect opportunity to discover 1comet first-hand and gain an impression of its design, performance and flying characteristics.

For us, this event is special in several ways. On the one hand, it creates the opportunity for direct exchange with an interested audience in a genuine aviation environment. On the other hand, 1comet’s regional roots are an important part of our identity. In this sense, the event is a true home game for us in Nidwalden.

The Air Festival is part of the 50th anniversary of Delta Club Stans. Visitors can look forward to a programme on both days featuring food and drinks, attractions, the arrival of the competitors and exciting impressions from the world of hang gliding.

On Saturday, 23 May 2026, the Air Festival starts at 11:00, with competitors expected to land from 15:00 and the anniversary party beginning at 18:00.

On Sunday, 24 May 2026, the Air Festival also starts at 11:00, with competitor landings expected from 15:00.

We are very much looking forward to presenting 1comet in Stans/Oberdorf NW, meeting new people and being part of an event that brings together aviation enthusiasm, tradition and the future of flight.
